The feature, available on compatible Samsung Galaxy Watches and Phones, empowers users over 22 to detect signs of moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) over a two-night monitoring period by tracking their sleep twice for over four hours within ten days. OSA can lead to disrupted oxygen supply, lower sleep quality, and daytime fatigue, increasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
