Morgan Stanley Capital Partners Gets Clarity

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) is making history with their first ever healthcare investment and their partner is Clarity Software Solutions. Working with the company’s current leadership team, MSCP will provide the capital needed for the company’s future expansion and new product development.

Connecticut-based Clarity is a software company that provides cross-platform data solutions for health insurance payors, third party administrators and dental insurance companies. Customer information is collected and compiled from multiple sources so communication of enrollment, claims and payment data is streamlined across a multimodal system.
