Key Executives
Scott MacKenzie, Chief Executive Officer
Scott MacKenzie is the Chief Executive Officer for RevSpring, joining the company in March of 2019.
Scott is a veteran of healthcare industry technology, with over 25 years of leadership experience in consumer engagement, analytics, payments, and digital transformation. Most recently, Scott served as CEO of M*Modal, a leading technology provider of advanced clinical documentation solutions, recently acquired by 3M. The team at M*Modal focused on increasing productivity and the user experience of healthcare providers by seamlessly integrating technology and services to improve clinical documentation and allow physicians to focus on their patients and providing care.
Prior to that, Scott was CEO of Passport Health Communications until its acquisition by Experian, where he served as President of Experian Health. Scott was also part of McKesson Corporation as President of RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions. He also held executive positions at Cerner Corporation, where he ran its Providing Care business unit focused on physician, nurse, pharmacist and consumer electronic health record (EHR) software.
Scott holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from Utah State University.
Valerie Mondelli, EVP – Healthcare Chief Commercial Officer
Valerie joined RevSpring as Executive Vice President – Healthcare Chief Commercial Officer in June of 2020. Valerie will be responsible for driving sales efforts and market strategy for RevSpring across all healthcare segments. Most recently Valerie was Chief Revenue Officer at Verisys. Prior to that she was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RelayHealth, a division of McKesson and has held several sales leadership roles with NDCHealth, FiServ, Derivion and Eli Lilly. Valerie has served on a number of boards including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, WVU’s Pharmacy School Advisory Board and Georgia State’s Young Business Leaders. Valerie was recognized by Hot Topics in 2016 as one of the Top 100 U.S. Sales Leaders & Operations Executives.
Mark Coggin, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Coggin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RevSpring, joining the company January 2022. Mark is a senior financial leader with more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience, both in Big 4 public accounting and healthcare technology organizations. He is a CPA and has held leadership roles in companies that have been publicly held as well as private equity backed.
Prior to joining RevSpring, Mark was CFO for AdhereHealth, a tech-enabled medication adherence company serving health plans, employers and patients in the US healthcare system. Before AdhereHealth, Mark spent the majority of his career in various financial leadership roles with Change Healthcare. He was part of that organization’s significant growth and transformation, including two IPO’s, numerous mergers and acquisitions and carve-out transactions. Most recently he was SVP of Finance and Treasurer. Mark started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen / Ernst & Young.
Mark graduated from the University of Tennessee with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Accountancy.
Howard Bright, Chief Technology Officer, Patient Engagement
Howard Bright is our Chief Technology Officer of Patient Engagement. He joined RevSpring in April, 2019 as Vice President, Patient Engagement, where he is responsible for developing and enhancing our solution suite for engaging patients at the front-end of the intake/access process including consents, pre-registration, eligibility, enrollment and other activities around this point of access. Howard brings over 27 years of experience in healthcare and information technology to the role covering technology, product development, product launch, software development, and development operations. His previous positions include EvidenceCare, InvisionHeart and Passport Health Communications.
Bill Needham, Chief Technology Officer, Digital
Bill Needham joined RevSpring in 2015 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the development of RevSpring’s customer-facing technology solutions and platforms. Bill is a healthcare technology industry and analytics industry veteran with 30 years of experience leading development organizations. Prior to joining RevSpring, Bill served as Vice President, Technology and Development at Wellness & Prevention, a Johnson & Johnson company. He has also held positions at Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Fair Isaac.
Lino Carnesecca, Chief Technology Officer, Print
Lino Carnesecca joined RevSpring in October 2018 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for our Print, Mail, and Postage functions with oversight of File Ingestion, Document Composition, Platform Processing, and Factory Systems. Lino has over 30 years of experience optimizing technical, operational, and financial performance, and has established himself as a customer-focused leader with excellent business acumen and unwavering commitment to building and leading world-class business and IT operations and organizations. Prior to joining RevSpring, Lino served as CIO at DST Systems and CTO – UK at DST Customer Communications. He has also held positions at International Billing Services and CableData.

Crista Harwood, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Crista Harwood is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of RevSpring. Crista joined RevSpring in 2020. Prior to joining RevSpring she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for EnableComp, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Experian Health and General Counsel and Secretary for Passport Health Communications. Before this, Crista provided counsel to many healthcare clients as part of the Waller Law firm. Her early career was as an engineer in the automobile industry. Crista has a juris doctorate from the Vanderbilt Law School, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business at the Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Kettering University.
Steve Callis, President of Payments
As President of Payments, Steve leads the vision, integrated product strategy, and strategic partnerships for RevSpring merchant and payment software solutions. Steve has a proven track record for building and managing high-performing teams to deliver transformative integrated payments solutions that drive results for clients. He is a payments industry veteran with more than 15 years of leadership experience, including within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining RevSpring, Steve led the integrated payments businesses and market strategies with several payments industry leaders, including Elavon, EVO Payments International and Global Payments.
