Manea first got his start in 1996 as an HR manager South-Eastern Europe at Eli Lilly. From there, he went on to Novartis.
Manea graduated from Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie din Craiova with an MD and from Washington State University with a master’s degree in business administration.
