PartsSource Launches PRO Talent Solution to Address Skilled Resource Gap

PartsSource is launching the PartsSource PRO Talent solution in a strategic partnership with the College of Biomedical Equipment Technology and the Radiological Service Training Institute. This initiative aims to resolve the expanding discrepancy between the supply and demand of technical professionals in the healthcare industry. The solution integrates four digital-first modules—Evaluation, Onboarding, Training, and Recruitment—into the PartsSource PRO platform.

The Evaluation module uses digital competency mapping to support data-driven training and recruitment strategies for clients' workforces. The Onboarding module accelerates the preparation of new technicians, reducing training time from months to weeks through a comprehensive digital-first approach. To help clients optimize their services, the Training module offers evidence-based, product-specific training in both digital and in-person formats. The Recruitment module, supported by talent-matching expertise, includes an integrated job board that provides exclusive access to CBET's recent graduates and community.
